"I used to really like working with this team, but recently I have not been able to get them to contact me back. I submitted a form via the State Farm website portal, and they don't respond. I sent emails to Sonja that go unanswered. We requested a year ago to have a meeting to review our homeowners insurance together, (we wanted to increase our policy!) and no one ever would set up the meeting with us. I've now requested to transfer to a different agent."

She went the extra mile in explaining the policy and answering our questions. Even though she was heading to go on vacation, she made sure the policy was finished prior to her leaving.
