"I used to really like working with this team, but recently I have not been able to get them to contact me back. I submitted a form via the State Farm website portal, and they don't respond. I sent emails to Sonja that go unanswered. We requested a year ago to have a meeting to review our homeowners insurance together, (we wanted to increase our policy!) and no one ever would set up the meeting with us. I've now requested to transfer to a different agent."
